We're growing our Frankfurt team and are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to support the delivery of major projects across the pharmaceutical, industrial data centre, and commercial sectors.

What you'll be doing
You'll provide cost management and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, helping clients deliver successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cost management and quantity surveying services from procurement through to final account
- Cost reporting, forecasting, valuations and change management
- Contract administration and commercial management
- Assessment and negotiation of variations and claims
- Budget management and cost control
- Tendering, procurement support and contractor engagement
- Commercial risk identification and mitigation
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
What we're looking for
We're interested in speaking with professionals who have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, Cost Consultant or Commercial Manager
- Strong post-contract experience including valuations, change control and final accounts
- Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management principles
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing, commercial buildings or major capital projects
- Chartered status or progression towards chartership is desirable
