    Currie & Brown Italia è attualmente alla ricerca di un Construction Manager per un progetto nel settore hospitality in Toscana.

    La collaborazione è strutturata come rapporto professionale a partita IVA.

    È richiesta la presenza regolare in cantiere.

    Requisiti

    • Laurea in architettura, ingegneria, project management, diploma da geometra, oppure esperienza equivalente.
    • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di progetti e cantieri di medio volume (via preferenziale l’esperienza nel settore hospitality).
    • Esperienza nella gestione del processo di autorizzazione e nei rapporti con le amministrazioni.
    • Buone capacità di scrittura tecnica, di relazione con il cliente e di comunicazione (sia interna che esterna).
    • Attitudine al lavoro in team, affidabilità e flessibilità.

    Attività

    • Verifica stato avanzamento lavori (SAL) nel rispetto di tempi e budget.
    • Gestione di cronoprogramma multi contractors.
    • Valutare elaborati grafici di cantiere interdisciplinare e avanzamento opere.
    • Condurre riunioni con contractors, fornitori, maestranze, cliente.
    • Gestire attività di procurement.
    • Attività di snagging e supoorto al commisisoning finale.
    • Gestione e coordinamento giornaliero delle attività di cantiere.

    Job title: Construction Manager | Freelance

    Location: Siena, Tuscany

    Currie & Brown Italy is seeking a Construction Manager to support a high-profile hospitality project in Tuscany.

    The role is offered as a freelance consultancy.

    Regular on-site presence at the project location is required.

     

    Requirements

    • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, a technical diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing mid-scale construction projects; hospitality sector experience is a strong plus.
    • Proven experience with permitting processes and interactions with public authorities.
    • Excellent technical writing skills, strong client-management capabilities, and effective communication both internally and externally.
    • A collaborative mindset, along with reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

     

    Activities

    • Verify work progress (SAL) in line with project schedule and budget.
    • Management of a multi-contractor schedule.
    • Review multidisciplinary construction drawings and assess progress of works.
    • Lead meetings with contractors, suppliers, site teams, and the client.
    • Manage procurement activities.
    • Perform snagging activities and support final commissioning.
    • Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
