Contracts Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Bangkok. The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle across all phases of construction projects.

What will you be doing?

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Manage the administration of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, NEC, etc.).

• Provide contractual advice and support to project and site teams.

• Monitor project budgets, claims, variations, extensions of time, and change orders.

• Lead or support the resolution of disputes, claims, or litigation with external and internal parties.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal requirements, and company policies.

• Maintain comprehensive records of all contract-related documentation and correspondence.

• Assist with procurement and tendering processes from a contractual perspective.

• Collaborate closely with commercial, legal, project management, and procurement teams.

What do you need? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, NEC).

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Familiar with project risk assessment and claims preparation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
