The Role

We are seeking Building Surveyors at all levels to join our expanding UK team. Whether you are launching your career, looking for advancement, or an experienced professional seeking a new challenge, we have opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality building surveying services across a variety of sectors.
• Conduct building surveys, inspections and condition assessments.
• Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work and contract documentation.
• Provide expert advice on property defects, sustainability and compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in building surveying, gained in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• MRICS accreditation required for senior roles; candidates at junior levels should be actively working towards professional membership.
