Sr. Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to act as the Owner's Representative within the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process on behalf of the project owner, as well as working with the general contractor, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities for a successful candidate:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects within the pharmaceutical and laboratory sectors, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical and laboratory construction projects.
• Oversee quality control and safety measures on construction sites, implementing best practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication among team members.
