Resident Assistant Project Officer 駐地盤項目助理

Currie & Brown is currently looking for Resident Assistant Project Officer (RAPO) for our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will work on-site to facilitate the adoption of innovation and advanced technologies in the project and to provide general support to the Resident Site Staff (RSS) team. It is a 2-year employment contract.

Applicants must obtain an academic qualification in the year 2025 in the following discipline:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related subject which satisfise the academic requirements for corporate membership of the Hing Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Quantity Surveying Division.

   

  The duties in relation to the services of the RAPO shall include, but not limited to, the following:

   

• Provision of technical support to the implementation of digital management systems in relation to the works contracts and the project;
• Provision of assistance to Resident Quantity Surveyor (RQS) or above in the delivery of their duties of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager, Supervisor, Engineer, Architect, Surveyor and Supervising Officer as appropriate under works contracts as assigned by the Consultant(s);
• Provision of assistance to RQS or above in the delivery of all their other assigned duties related to works contracts and the project;
• Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of works contracts and the project in safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality; and
• Other duties related to the consultancy works, works contracts or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team, their supervisors, RQS or above or the Consultant(s) from time to time.

  駐地盤項目助理的職責和責任將包括但不限於以下內容：

   

• 為工程合約及項目專案提供技術支援和實施數位化系統管理;
• 在工程合約下，由顧問指派時，協助駐場工料測量師（RQS）或以上人員履行其作為項目經理、監理、工程師、建築師、測量師及監理官員的代表或委派人員的職責;
• 在工程合約及項目專案相關的所有其他指派職責中，協助駐場工料測量師（RQS）或以上人員履行其工作;
• 與其他駐場人員（RSS）級別協作，以安全、高效、具成本效益並保證品質的方式完成工程合約及專案；以及
• 協助由駐場人員團隊負責人、其上級、駐場工料測量師（RQS）或以上人員，或顧問不時指派的與顧問工作、工程合約或項目專案相關的其他職責。
